In July 2008 BCCEAS opened the first legal clinic for older adults in Western Canada. During the year leading up to the opening of the Clinic, extensive research was conducted in order to determine the optimum service delivery model, best practices, and service priorities for this clinic (the “Needs Assessment”). This report summarizes the results of the research and sets out a business plan for the Clinic based on the needs identified by this research.
