When to Call SAIL

SAIL is a safe place for older adults, and those who care about them, to talk to someone about situations where they feel they are being abused or mistreated, or to receive information about elder abuse prevention.  SAIL is available 8am to 8pm 7 days/week, excluding statutory holidays.

If you are having trouble getting through, the SAIL line is less busy on weekends and during the evenings, so we suggest that you try calling during those times.
