Seniors Help & Information Line
The Seniors Help & Information Line is a toll free telephone line which is staffed from 10am – 3pm, Monday to Friday.
Staff who answer the phone line are trained to offer support and to provide referrals to other agencies and programs available to support older adults who have experienced abuse. When the caller has a legal question or is looking for legal services the caller will be referred to staff from our legal programs.
Any older adult (age 55+) who has a legal question or problem can call the Seniors Help and Information Line for a referral to the legal programs.
