BCCEAS has a community office located on the 3rd floor of the 411 Seniors Centre in Vancouver. We operate various community based programs and services that offer support, assistance and information to older adults who are abused or are vulnerable to abuse as well as programs.

We also provide publications, workshops, and other educational workshops for the community at large about elder abuse. Specific services include:

• the Seniors Help and Information Line;
• the Seniors Reaching Out to Seniors program;
• several workshops about financial literacy and fraud prevention, the justice system and elder abuse;
• the Victim Services Program.
